JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is robbing the motorcycle of the informant. The petitioner was apprehended on suspicion when he confessed his guilt before the police. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that neither any recovery has been made from the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on test identification parade. The statements to that effect have been made in para 10 and 11 of the petition. Moreover other co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 2602 of 2015.
