The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Samastipur (Mahila) P.S. Case No.19 of 2018 registered under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The informant alleged that she was married with Avinash Kumar on 11.07.2013 but after marriage, her husband and in-laws started demanding additional dowry. She also gave birth to a child. Her husband solemnized second marriage with the petitioner. The petitioner got opened Health Insurance Policy with ICICI Lombard Company in which the petitioner mentioned the name of husband of informant as nominee. When the informant went to live with her husband, the petitioner and her husband Avinash Kumar assaulted the informant and drove her out from the matrimonial house.

No.80047 of 2018(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of informant has already been granted regular bail vide order dated 26.09.2018 passed in B.P. No.986 of 2018 on the basis of compromise between the informant and her husband. The petitioner never solemnized marriage with Avinash Kumar. The said Avinash Kumar is one of the friends of petitioner.
Having considered the facts and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the husband of informant has already been granted regular bail on the basis of compromise, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. II, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur (Mahila) P.S. Case No.19 of 2018 (G.R. No.1008 of 2018), subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
