2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mehsi (JBC O.P.) P.S. Case No. 255 of 2022, registered for offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341, 447, 323, 325, 307, 354, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per FIR, the petitioner came at the door of the informant and started abusing her. When she objected, he assaulted with iron rod on her head. Co-accused Dhuri Rai also assaulted the informant's son with Lathi, when he came to rescue his mother. The petitioner and co-accused also assaulted the informant's husband and her family members. Co-accused Shanti Devi snatched gold chain from the neck of the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that both the parties are agnates and there is land dispute between them. There is case and counter case from both sides and the injuries are simple in nature.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Mehsi (JBC O.P.) P.S. Case No. 255 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
