The petitioner seeks bail in Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 76 of 2014 under Sections 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The victim alleged that her marriage was settled with the petitioner and the petitioner developed intimate relation with the victim and also established physical relation. Marriage was to be solemnized in the month of April, 2014 but thereafter the parents of the petitioner demanded money and other articles and marriage was broken. It is submitted that the victim is a major girl, aged about 18 years. She was a consenting party. The victim was not medically examined. The case has been filed only to settle score as the marriage of the petitioner was broken. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
