Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegation in brief is that the informant was married with Surendra Ram, the son of petitioner nos.1 and 2 seven years back and she was tortured by accused persons for bringing further dowry. Ultimately she was ousted from the matrimonial home. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complainants marriage was solemnized seven years back and petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother of the husband of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29098 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 informant. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Munrika Ram, Prabhawati Devi and Satyendra Kuamr Ram @ Satyendra Ram be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-VIII, Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No.14 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arun Kumar, J) N.H./- U T
