ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2019 in connection with Beheri P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019 (G.O. Case No. 96 of 2019), registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery has not been made from his conscious possession of the petitioner, but from the timber shop belonging to his uncle. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
