In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this application, which has been filed on behalf of the petitioners, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to quash the order dated 03.03.2017 passed by the court of the Sessions Judge, Patna, in Criminal Revision No.646 of 2016 as also the order dated 30.08.2016 passed by the court of the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Patna, in G.R. Case No.391 of 2015, arising out of Jakkanpur P.S. Case No.20 of 2015, is dismissed as having become infructuous.
