JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 55472 of 2017, by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Gaurichak P. S. case no. 60 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned CJM,Patna.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he could not surrender in the Court below because he has gone to Gujrat at Surat to earn his livelihood and he has no knowledge about the order passed by this Court. Therefore, he prays for further four weeks' time to surrender in the Court below In view of such, four weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner from the date of receipt of copy of this order to surrender before the Court below and, in that event, the Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6 of 2019(2) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 below will release the petitioner on bail as per terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 18.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 55472 of 2017.
