Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case no. 384/2014 registered under sections 366A, 363/34 of the IPC.

Although victim is still traceless but from perusal of the first information report itself, it appears that petitioner no.2 is married sister of FIR named accused Abhiranjan Kumar Singh @ Chote Babu and petitioner no.1 is husband of petitioner no.2. The contention on behalf of the petitioners is that victim was in love with FIR named accused Abhiranjan Kumar Singh @ Chote Babu and, as a matter of fact, she eloped with the above stated accused and later on, she solemnized her marriage.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7972 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case no. 384/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
