There is specific allegation of gang rape against these petitioners but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that informant is own aunty of the petitioners and, as a matter of fact, present case was lodged on account of land dispute as civil suit was pending between the parties . It is well settled principle of law that enmity cuts in both ways and, therefore, taking note of allegation levelled against these petitioners, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on anticipatory bail and accordingly, their prayer
