The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 277 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 406,420 506, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons including the petitioner having abused the informant when he had gone to the shop for collecting rent and had told them to vacate the shop. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case in as much as a title suit is pending between the parties and the informant wanted to create pressure upon the accused persons. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a fair antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 12.11.2018.
