The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 169/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The gist of allegation is that the petitioner produced forged and fake certificate at the time of her appointment on the post of teacher.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused Mukesh Paswan and Punam Devi have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24723/2017 and Cr. Misc. No. 25638/2017. Case of the petitioner stands on the same footing. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26316 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 similarly situated co-accused persons have already been enlarged on bail, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 169/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
