Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Khodawandpur (Chhourahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 10 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 471, 120B, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67683 of 2023(2) dt.19-10-2023 2/2 first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 10.08.2023, 28.07.2023 and 23.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 38347 of 2023, 37465 of 2023 and 4610 of 2023. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur (Chhourahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 10 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
