The petitioner seeks bail in Semra (Chiutaha) P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have misappropriated a sum of Rs. 7,00,000/-, but the wife of the petitioner had deposited the entire amount which was received by the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already deposited the entire amount, he above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.
