2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 110 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c)/21(c) and 25 of N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, total 510 litres of Eskuf Cough Syrup containing codeine has been recovered.

4. The petitioner is named in the FIR as the person who has got the codeine loaded in the truck of Niraj and Sawan.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2025.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64129 of 2025(5) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-III, Purnea/ concerned Court in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 110 0f 2024, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be the close relative of the petitioner.

8. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Sri Thakur Police Station, District-Purnea on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

9. If the petitioner is found further involved in any fresh case under the NDPS Act, his bail bonds shall be automatically cancelled by the Court below.
