Petitioners seek their bail in a case under section 307 and other sections of the I.P.C, Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Section 17 C.L.A. Act.

The informant alleged that on secret information that the some activists have assembled near Saariya Mor with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41552 of 2014 (4) dt.17-04-2015 weapons and they were putting land mines, he went there but nobody was found. One cane bomb was exploded during defusing the same.

It appears that the informant has not disclosed the source of identification of the petitioners, who are in jail since 12.5.2014. The remained in hail for about 11 months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Dumariya P.S.Case No.06 of 2013.
