Submission is that both the petitioners were allowed privilege of pre-arrest bail on 13.09.2019, but, the same has not been communicated to the Court concerned. Further, submission is that at the time of granting the privilege of prearrest bail to the petitioners, on 13.09.2019, four weeks time was allowed to surrender before the trial Court, but, the said period has already been elapsed so petitioners could not surrender before the trial Court.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, period of surrender of the petitioners is extended for four weeks, from today.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57853 of 2019(3) dt.23-10-2019 2/2 Let the order, dated 13.09.2019, and order passed today, be communicated to the Court concerned immediately. The order, dated 13.09.2019, is modified to the extent indicated above.
