JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 31-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ application is non-payment of honorarium.

Learned counsel submits that petitioners have worked as Tola Sewak but petitioners have not been paid their honorarium.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the District Programme Officer (Literacy), Patna to examine the claim of the petitioners and if it is found that the petitioners have worked as Tola Sewak and discharged their responsibility, the District Programme Officer(Literacy) is required to ensure payment of their honorarium and take final decision within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
