The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after about 6 years of marriage for nonfulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that admittedly, Kundan Sharma killed the victim. The petitioner is alleged to be Chowkidar of the village, who assisted in disposal of the dead body of the deceased.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is not the family member of the informant, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10067 of 2015 (2) dt.12-03-2015 petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 141 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
