2. The petitioner was granted bail on 22.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 21834 of 2023 and was directed to be released on bail after framing of charge.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that because of the non-framing of charge, the petitioner has not been released and similarly situated accused persons have been granted bail and have been released by other co-ordinate Benches of this Court.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2023 in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

5. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64863 of 2023(2) dt.06-10-2023 2/2 released forthwith after accepting his bail bonds.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the order dated 22.05.2023, is modified to the extent indicated above.
