The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint case No. 2383-C/ 2018 registered under Section 420, 406, 323, 504/34 of the IPC.

The complainant is mother-in-law of petitioner No.1 and maternal grand mother of petitioner No.2. The petitioner No.3 is second wife of petitioner No.1. The complainant alleged that on assurance of the petitioners the complainant sold her 10 Katha land and handed over consideration money of Rs. 75,000/- to the petitioners but later on the petitioners neither purchased any land in the name of complainant nor looked after

The learned APP submits that after death of first wife of Suresh Sahni, petitioner No.1, who happens to be daughter of complainant, the petitioners cheated the complainant but it appears that complainant on being assured voluntarily sold her land and handed over the consideration amount to her son-inlaw and others. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Complaint case No. 2383-C/ 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
