2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 12 liters of illicit country-made liquor has been recovered from bush near the road of village Dhusia.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
