Petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No.52809/2015 vide order dated 11.01.2016 in connection with POSCO Case No. 09/2015 arising out of Bhaptiahi P.S.Case No. 130/2014 pending in the court of Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Supaul in the event of their surrender/arrest within a period of six weeks from the date of the said order. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner Nos. 3 and 4 namely, Lakhan Sharma and Santosh Sharma could not surrender and furnish bail bonds within the time granted under the said order as they had gone outside of the State for earning their livelihood and as such prays for extension of time for furnishing bail bonds.

Under such circumstances, the time granted under

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26797 of 2016 (2) dt.13-06-2016 2/2 order 11.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52809 of 2015 for furnishing bail bonds is extended by further six weeks from today and the said order is modified to the extent indicated above.
