ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
2. A supplementary show cause has been filed today on behalf of the opposite parties in which they have stated that the present order which is sought to be complied with in the instant contempt application has now become ineffective.
3. In view of the subsequent order passed in the L.P.A. by which this Court has directed that all previous orders passed in connection with the appointment of 4th Grade employees in the District of Begusarai shall cease to be in existence and accordingly the Court in division has affirmed the order of the writ court and has held that fresh appointment be made after holding the recruitment process afresh.
4. In view of the facts and circumstances, this Court does not deem it fit to proceed further in contempt.

5. The contempt application is thus disposed of.
6. The petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to seek appropriate relief as he deems fit and proper. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U
