The petitioner is the wife of the opposite party, namely, Rahul Kumar @ Raja, who has filed this application for transfer of Divorce Case No. 214 of 2021 from the Principal Judge, Family Court, Nalanda to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Siwan.

The petitioner is a young lady dependent upon her old and ailing parents. It is causing much inconvenience to her to travel to Nalanda from Siwan to contest the aforesaid divorce case along with her child.

Considering the facts of the case, the Divorce Case No. 214 of 2021 is directed to be transferred from the Principal Judge, Family Court, Nalanda to Principal Judge, Family Court, Siwan.

After transfer of the case in the Court of Principal

Patna High Court MJC No.2244 of 2021(4) dt.05-07-2022 2/2 Judge, Family Court, Siwan, the Principal Judge, Siwan, will issue notice to both the parties and, thereafter, the proceeding will continue in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Siwan.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is allowed.
