The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Muffasil (Motihari) P.S. Case No. 74 of 2017 for offences under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

In view of the provisions of Section 76(2) of the Act, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to file proper application for regular bail before the appropriate Court.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
