The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.420 of 2022 registered under Sections 354 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case only on suspicion. He further submits that the father-in-law of the complainant earlier filed Baisi P.S. Case No.110 of 2021 for the alleged occurrence and after one year again a complaint case has been lodged by the husband of the deceased for the same occurrence as is evident from Annexure

2. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Complaint Case No.420 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
