Vide order No.4, dated 17.03.2025, it transpires to this Court that on the said date also no one was appeared on behalf of the petitioners and as a matter of last indulgence this case was adjourned for a week with specific instruction that if on the next appointed date no one appears on behalf of the petitioners appropriate order shall be passed, even then today Counsel for the petitioners is not present. It transpires to this Court that Counsel for the petitioners has no interest in this case.

3. Hence, this Court has no option but to dismiss this case due to non-prosecution. Accordingly, this application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
