JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Masrakh P.S. Case No. 116 of 2014 registered under Sections-420, 467, 468, 371 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners happen to be purchasers of the lands in question, and they have purchased the said lands from the legal heirs of the person, whose name was recorded in possession column.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let petitioners named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10572 of 2015 (2) dt.19-03-2015 from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Masrakh P.S. Case No. 116 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
