Petitioner seeks bail in Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 719/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(D) of Information Technology Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have committed forgery, fraud and criminal conspiracy and misappropriated the government money of Rs.50,83,288/- since last several years by transferring the government money in the accounts of other employees and withdrawing the same amount.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
