JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2019 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 131 of 2011, registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A, 341, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be husband of the informant is of subjecting the informant to cruelty and harassment in connection with demand of dowry.

Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 11.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61760 of 2018 .

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has remained in judicial custody for four and half months and is ready to abide by any condition imposed on him

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.701 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 for grant of bail.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran, in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 131 of 2011, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
