Petitioners apprehend their arrest in N.T.P.C. Khaira P.S. Case No.56 of 2018 registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The informant alleged that his daughter and Vikash Kumar were found sitting together in a lonely place. The villagers solemnized their marriage. It is alleged that the petitioners being father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-inlaw began to demand motorcycle, cash and ornaments. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the daughter of the informant. The son of petitioners no.1 and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.80068 of 2018(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 2 solemnized love marriage. The petitioners have no manner of concern with the family affairs of Vikash Kumar and his wife, the daughter of the informant.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with N.T.P.C. Khaira P.S. Case No.56 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) S.KUMAR/- U T
