JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 The counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that in his bail application in place of "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII" it has wrongly been typed as "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII" and on that account, the mistake has taken place in the order dated 01.06.2016.

In such view of the matter, the order dated 01.06.2016 is modified to the extent that in place of "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII" it be read as "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII".

Let this order be communicated to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Siwan in connection with Siwan (Town) P.S. Case No. 358 of 2014 registered for offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
