The petitioners are in custody in connection with Special Case No. 10643 of 2018 arising out of Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 403 of 2018 for the offences under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal history and he is in custody since 06.11.2018. He further submits that in the instant case 4 liter Mahua wine was recovered from petitioner no.1 and only 2 liter Mahua wine was recovered from petitioner no.2. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79677 of 2018(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 10643 of 2018 arising out of Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 403 of 2018.
