2. The petitioner has put to challenge the selection of respondent No. 8 as Anganbari Sahayika for Centre No. 143, in Fakharpur Panchayat in the district of Arwal. The petitioner has remedy of filing objection before the Child Development Project Officer under the guidelines, providing for selection of Anganbari Sevika, which the petitioner has not availed.

3. This writ application is, thus, disposed of with an observation that petitioner shall have liberty to approach the appropriate authority, in accordance with the guidelines for redressal of her grievance.
