2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365 and 34 of the I.P.C.
3. As per the F.I.R, it is alleged that this petitioner kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C supported the prosecution case and has stated that it was this petitioner who forcibly kidnapped her. It is further alleged that petitioner made her drink intoxicant mixed with water and she became unconscious. When she regained her consciousness, she found herself locked in a room with the co-accused, namely, Kundan Kumar who told her that this petitioner has sold her to him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. It is further submitted that the victim is sister-in-law of the petitioner and there is money transaction between them due to which the informant was pressurizing the petitioner to marry her daughter. When he denied to marry the her daughter, this false case has been lodged against him. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, gravity of offence and the fact that the victim has supported the case of prosecution in her statement made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
