The petitioner seeks modification of order dated 02.11.2015 as he was prevented due to certain unavoidable reasons from surrendering within the time fixed by this Court. For the reasons stated in the modification application, let the time fixed for surrender run four weeks from today. It is made clear that if the petitioner does not surrender within the aforementioned time of four weeks from today, the order dated 02.11.2015 shall stand automatically recalled. Accordingly, the modification application stands allowed.
