Heard learned counsel for the petitioner no. 2, Manjeev Kumar @ Manjeev Kumar Yadav, and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 286 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 325 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Final form has already been submitted. Further

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26516 of 2017 (4) dt.14-07-2017 2/2 submission is that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 43173 of 2014.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner no.1 be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-II, Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar P.S.
