The petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2018 in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No.237 of 2018 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he was in possession of the stolen mobile, which, according to the petitioner, was his own mobile and had been puchased from his own sources. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is willing to co-operate in any further investigation and shall appear as and when required by the Court.

Considering the aforementioned submissions and that he has been in custody for nearly six months, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76849 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Railway Magistrate, Railway Court, Gaya in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No.237 of 2018.
