Patna High Court LPA No.1720 of 2014 dt.22-06-2017 2/2 Date: 22-06-2017 Law is well settled on the issue which has been upheld right up to the Hon'ble Apex Court. This aspect has also been taken note of by the learned Single Judge, against whose order the present appeal has been preferred.
Since the position with regard to the validity of the degree of Sahitya Alankar has already been adjudicate and declared that it is no degree in the eye of law, no benefit much less any promotion etc. could have been earned with such a degree. The order of the learned Single Judge dated 12.09.2014 suffers from no infirmity. The appeal is dismissed.
