Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 463 of 2014, registered under Sections 406, 420, 504 of the I.P.C. and 25(1) of the Arms Act. Taking the note of this fact that the present accusation appears to be a civil nature, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
