The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.482 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 114, 290, 370, 509, 354 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3, 4, 5, 7 and 9 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. The prosecution case, in brief, is that informant alongwith other police personnel on secret information raided residential hotel Chandra, Gandhi Ashram, Hajipur and on search, boys and girls in different rooms were found in objectionable condition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60536 of 2022(4) dt.10-04-2023 2/2 present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail petition. It is further submitted that no specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner, who is the Manager of the said hotel, had taken the hotel on lease. The apprehended boys and girls have not taken the name of the petitioner. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali, Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.
