2. After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present application in order to seek redressal of his grievance before the concerned Court which has granted privilege of bail to the opposite parties no.2 to 5 as the ground taken for cancellation on behalf of the petitioner relates primarily to suppression of material fact with regard to criminal antecedent and also supervening
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65900 of 2024(4) dt.09-01-2026 2/2 circumstance with regard to threatening the petitioner to withdraw the F.I.R. bearing Biroul P.S. Case No.163 of 2020.
3. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is granted liberty to move before the Court concerned and in case petitioner raises these issues before the Court concerned, the Court concerned would pass orders in accordance with law and dispose of the matter within a period of three months.
4. With the aforesaid observation and liberty, this application is disposed of.
