The petitioner is to superannuate in February, 2017. Only in May, 2015 on his request he was transferred from Guahati to Patna. But, again, petitioner has been moved to Bangalore within a year of his previous transfer.

Since generally towards the fag end of service, preparatory to retirement, an employee is given some leeway with regard to his place of posting. Therefore, it will be in the interest of things that the Managing Director of National Cooperative Consumer Federation of India will take cognizance of Annexure-8, dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.15433 of 2016 dt.19-09-2016 2/2 01.09.2016 and pass an order on the request of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of communication / production of a copy of this order.

Writ application stands disposed off with observation / direction as above.
