2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No. 182 of 2023 dated 19.05.2023 for the alleged offences under Section 341, 323, 324, 447, 427, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69320 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law.
