2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 190, 103

(1) and 81 ( 2 ) of the BNS.

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Mukesh Kumar Yadav alleged that his brother had given Rs. 1

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60926 of 2025(3) dt.04-11-2025 2/3 lakh to one Pintu Kumar but Pintu Kumar did not return the same and due to which dispute arose between them . It is further alleged that on 12.11.2024 , all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted brother of informant with sharp weapons due to which he sustained injuries and some nearby people brought him to the Sadar Hospital where he was declared dead by the doctor.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Dipu Yadav . Though, petitioners are named in the F.I.R. but no specific role has been attributed against them. Allegation is general and omnibus against them. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .

6 Considering the fact that specific accusation is against other co-accused person , clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J M Ist Class Gopalganj in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.
