Patna High Court CWJC No.21591 of 2012(5) dt.20-06-2024 2/2 Council For Technical Education, inform this Court that a detailed counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no.4 and in paragraph no.10 thereof, it has been informed that certificate issued by J.R.N. Rajasthan Vidyapeeth has been held invalid by the Apex Court vide its judgment dated 03.11.2017 passed in Civil Appeal Nos.17869-17870/2017 (arising out of Special Leave Petition (C) Nos.19807-19808/2017).

3. Considering the aforesaid information, I find no merit in the present writ petition and, accordingly, the same is dismissed.
