The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17-08-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51054 of 2019 by which the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 125 of 2019 pending in the court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-VI, Bettiah, West Champaran but inadvertently, in the prayer portion of the main application of Cr. Misc. No. 51054 of 2019, "Kudhani P.S. Case No. 125 of 2019" has wrongly been typed and due to that reason, same mistake occurred in the last paragraph of the order. Hence, counsel for the petitioner prays for correction in the last paragraph of the order dated 17-08-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54258 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 51054 of 2019.

Accordingly, the order dated 17-08-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51054 of 2019 is modified to the extent that in the last paragraph of the order "Kudhani P.S. Case No. 125 of 2019" mentioned wrongly be read as "Nautan P.S. Case No. 125 of 2019". The rest of the conditions will remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 17-08-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51054 of 2019.
