Patna High Court CWJC No.21323 of 2021(2) dt.02-08-2022 2/2 Bank Account within a time frame i.e. within two weeks after 10.03.2022 i.e. first appearance of the petitioner before the Branch Managter L.I.C. Arrah Branch but till date order of this Hon'ble Court has not been complied with.

Learned counsel for the Life Insurance Corporation states that the petitioner's request stands considered and rejected vide order dated 01.08.2022. Adequate reasons also stand assigned and the order communicated to the petitioner. In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition save and except liberty reserved to the petitioner to assail the same in an appropriate proceeding before appropriate forum.

I.A. No.1 of 2022 stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
