ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners, being the Panchayat Secretaries of Fathehpur Block in the district of Gaya, are apprehending their arrest in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No.113 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 409, 201 and 408/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioners is that they had not deposited the complete file of the appointees of Panchayat Teachers as per the direction of the superior authorities. It is submitted that later the petitioner after collecting all the relevant particulars filed Annexure 2 depositing the complete files and the information sought from the petitioners.

No.53479 of 2016 (2) dt.20-12-2016 In view of such facts and circumstances and that the folders (Annexure 2) have been brought on the record by the petitioners, let both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Gaya, in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No.113 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
